The most important five steps to speed up your laptop to work better

A lot of topics that we previously reviewed about computer acceleration in general, and I want to tell you that there is no magic way to speed up the computer, but rather it is only just steps and advice that you take to make the device perform better in relation to its capabilities. Computer acceleration is not much different from a laptop, but today we will present a separate topic for a laptop because there are some very, very important points and steps that I want to refer to in this topic about making the laptop's performance better. All steps to speed up the computer in general are applied to the laptop, but some points for the laptop are important and the degree of their importance is great, unlike the computer. Accelerate your laptop and improve the performance of your laptop is a very important matter that you must do and this is what we are about to review now.

 1. Clean the laptop and the temperature

One of the most important reasons that reduce the efficiency of your laptop and reduce the performance of the device is the high temperature of the laptop and the first factor for its rise is the accumulated dust on the laptop. This is the first and most important step that you must take to speed up your laptop.

2. Stop the programs that are running with the beginning of operation

To stop the programs that start with the start of operation, follow the following steps: (for Windows 7 users) Click on the Start menu, then choose Run, then type msconfig, then choose Start Up, then delete a checkmark in front of the programs that you do not want to work with Beginning It is better to stop them all, then click OK. To stop the programs that start with the start of operation, follow the following steps: (for Windows 8 users) by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch the Task Manager, then the Start-up window, then choose the program that you want to stop and then press Disable at the bottom And, you will notice the Status in front of each program, whether Enable or Disable, or Stop, so stop all programs. Thus, the device will not read any programs or perform any operations with the start of Windows! Thus, your laptop becomes much faster, as these programs work with the start of operation and continue to run in the background and thus your device is consumed greatly and the performance of your laptop will decrease, but with stopping it, the efficiency of the laptop will increase and focus on important programs and what you already do.

3. Upgrade and increase the RAM in the laptop

You should know that increasing the RAM in your device from 1 GB to 2 GB will add a big difference, but increasing the RAM from 8 to 16 GB will not make any difference if you are a regular computer user. Therefore, upgrading the RAM in your laptop from 1 GB to 2 GB or from 2 to 4 GB will definitely add a very big difference. To change the RAM, you must know whether the RAM is in your DDR2 or DDR3 device, and it is best to take the RAM in your laptop when buying a new one. You should also search using your laptop model to get to know the maximum amount of RAM your laptop can handle.

4. Upgrading to SSD, upgrading to SSD

Whether in the computer or in the laptop, it will support the speed of the laptop and greatly increase the efficiency of the laptop. But on the other hand, the prices of this type of hard disk are high and it is not affordable for everyone, but if you have the opportunity to upgrade, I advise you to do so because it is worth without a doubt.

5. Check processes on your device and stop what you do not want

This step is definitely important mainly, as I do not know how to have a tool in Windows such as the task manager, and you do not always use it to monitor the consumption of the processes of your device and the programs that kill your device. The laptop suffers if you do not use the task manager tool. Where you must examine the processes or programs that run in the background of your device and consume RAM or memory and find out how much they consume and the percentage as well. As a result, this matter may be difficult for the average user to follow the processes on the device, so we explained this through a video above that is clear and understandable for everyone explaining how you can examine the processes and follow how much each program consumes, as well as knowing the strange processes in the background that consume the resources of your device.

Note that the above steps are not the only ones to make your laptop better, but there are steps that we previously reviewed for the computer that you should take as well. We only focused on these steps because they are important, but this is not enough at all, and the steps to speed up the computer should also be applied to your laptop.
